Provide easily accessible visitor reception and information areas.
Facilitate procedures for you.
Provide you with seating.
Provide you with free information on the local tourism offering.
Display and communicate our opening times, in at least two foreign languages.
Provide you with free Wifi access.
Be open at least 305 days a year, including on Saturdays and Sundays in the tourist season or busy times.
Answer correspondence all year round.
Provide a permanent reception service manned by staff speaking at least two foreign languages.
Supply tourist maps, town maps and printed guides.
Provide you with access to our trilingual tourism website for Nancy, which is suitable for use on mobile devices.
Disseminate tourism information in a printed format, translated into at least two foreign languages, relating to:
- all rated tourist accommodation, stating at least the establishment’s name, postal address, email, website, telephone number and classification/rating;
- tourist monuments and sites of a cultural, natural or leisure nature, stating the prices in effect, opening periods and times, website address, telephone number and postal address;
- events and activities;
- emergency contact numbers.
