- Where are the public toilets?
There are public toilets at the entrance to the Parc de la Pépinière. In compliance with the Tourism and Disability label, the Tourist Office has made the disabled access toilets on its premises available to wheelchair users.
- Do you have the museum opening times?
Museums and their opening times are listed on the Museums page. Also check out the Nancy City Pass which gives you a discount on the entrance fee for a number of museums.
Entrance to museums in the Greater Nancy area is free on the first Sunday of each month.
- What is there to see in Nancy?

- What cultural events and exhibitions are coming up?

- Where is the city hall? And the prefecture?
City hall: public entrance on Rue Pierre Fourier.
Prefecture: Rue Sainte-Catherine.

- Where can I park my car?
The nearest car parks are in Rue Barrès (Parking Stanislas) or at the entrance to the Parc de la Pépinière (Vaudémont).
- Where can I park my motorhome?
You can park your motorhome and use the facilities available at the marina, 14 Boulevard 21e Régiment Aviation in Nancy.
- Where can I buy tickets for public transport (bus or tram)?
You can buy tickets from the ticket machines at the bus and tram stops, from the bus drivers or at the ticket office of the Nancy public transport system (STAN), place de la république.
- Where can I find free wifi?
Numerous hotspots offer a free wifi service, including at the railway station (Gare SNCF), Place Simone Veil, the Nancy Tourist Office, Place Stanislas, the Office du Commerce, Place Maginot and any McDonald’s restaurant.
- Where can we hire bikes?
To explore the area by bike and take advantage of the cycle paths, you can hire a bicycle from the Maison du Vélo, 6 rue Claude Charles.
