5 good reasons to join our Supper Club

Let's be honest, do you really need a good reason to attend a dinner and wine tasting?

By definition, tasting good wine, good food, and meeting other people who share your interests shouldn't be a luxury!

But if you're still unsure, or just want to know why you should join our Supper Club evenings, here they are...

1. They're friendly!

Today, wine has shed its snobbish reputation, and is certainly no longer a drink beyond your reach. Wine tastings allow a group of people who share a common interest to have a good time together. When you can interact with others who share your interests - and maybe even your wine preferences - you can really broaden your horizons.

2. They're informative!

What better way to learn something about wine than through a wine tasting, especially if you have François de la Cave du Faubourg and/or the winemaker on hand to guide you through the evening! Not only can you interact directly with him, but you'll also be able to ask ANY questions you like. Information will be passed on glass by glass, and everyone will be happy to share their knowledge and learn new things.

3. They're varied!

Several dates to come... and to start with: this February 20, 2025.

It's a big world out there, and with so many options, you'll develop a broader palate and be able to discover new regions, new wine-making practices, new tastes and new grape varieties. What a program!

4. They'll change the way you look at wine!

Each new experience allows you to acquire more knowledge and skills. Over time, you'll gain a better understanding of wine, find yourself becoming more adventurous in your choices, appreciating the product in a different way! At worst, you'll come away with one or two new wines that you really like, and you'll know why!

5. They'll whet your appetite!

Four dishes & Amuse-Bouches created exclusively by Chef Pierre Colle to accompany your wine tastings. That means you don't have to cook, so go ahead!
