GRANDE FÊTE DU CHOCOLAT

Organized by the Cacao Club du Grand Est, this new event aims to promote cocoa in all its forms, highlighting French craftsmanship and know-how.

On the program:

- Some fifteen artisan chocolatiers and confectioners:
Les établissements Musquar, Gourmandises, Fabrice Dumay, Schmitt, Raoul Boulanger,
Charrier, Yves Thuries, le Carré des Rêves, Sucre and Co, Pâtisserie Saint-Epvre,
Choco &co. will be showcasing their gourmet creations,

- Parades of chocolate dresses (Saturday and Sunday),
- Animations, demonstrations and meetings with professionals, with fanny et la chocolaterie and the Jardin botanique J.M Pelt,
- Competitions open to amateurs and young professionals,
- Catering on site. Maison Boulangé.
