Initially interested in comics, Valer discovered the world of graffiti in the 1990s, where his artistic identity blossomed and became increasingly complex.
In 2002, he founded the La Smala Crew collective with other graffiti artists from eastern France, whose work lies at the crossroads between Germany and Luxembourg.
Today, Valer confronts several media, including canvas, while never abandoning murals.
